What we collect.

What this site collects

• What you send us. The contact form collects your name, email, optional company, and message. We use it to answer you. Nothing more.
• Scheduling. Booking a call runs through Cal.com, governed by their terms alongside ours.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not build a cross-site profile of visitors.
• Payments. Invoice and card-setup pages are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

Text messages

We run a two-way text line from Jeeves, the name AI Delivered (Granite Falcon LLC) uses when it texts, to trusted people we already know and have named. The number is +1 970-499-1349. It is an ops line, not a marketing program, not a guest blast, and not high volume.

The texts are ordinary ops messages and replies on that line. Frequency is low: a text when something needs a person, not a daily blast. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP we will not text that number again unless you ask us to.

Mobile information will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Questions about these texts go to hello@ai-delivered.com.

Who processes data for us

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and storage), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), and AI providers including Anthropic and OpenAI where an engagement calls for them.

Client data in the systems we build

Client engagements are governed by the agreement and any NDA signed for that engagement. Our standing commitments hold regardless: we use AI providers under written terms that prohibit them from training general-purpose models on client confidential information, access is limited to the people who need it, data is encrypted in transit, and the boundaries on what AI can and cannot touch are agreed and written down before we build.

Email hello@ai-delivered.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm what we did and when.
