What we actually do

We start by watching how a business runs. The bottleneck is rarely the thing people name first, so an engagement opens with mapping the real workflow: who touches what, where the handoffs stall, which work is procedural and which needs judgment. Only then do we build.

What we build is boring on purpose. It uses the tools a team already pays for, fits the way they already work, and it is documented so somebody other than us can maintain it. A demo that rots in six months is not a deliverable.

How we work

• Narrow first. We would rather ship one workflow that removes real hours than a platform nobody adopts.
• People before tooling. Adoption is the whole game. The people who will use the system are part of the build, and we train them on it.
• Written down. Data boundaries, what the AI can and cannot touch, and how the system is maintained get agreed and documented before anything is built.
• We stay reachable. Every engagement ends with either a handover and training, or an ongoing arrangement. We do not disappear at launch.

Who it is for

Fit is about workflow pain, not headcount. We work with owner-led businesses, lean operations teams, and larger organizations. If your team is retyping the same data between systems, answering the same questions from memory, or losing evenings to work a system should be doing, that is our range. If you need a model fine-tuned or a research project run, we are not the right shop, and we will say so on the first call.
