Who this is between

This site is published by AI Delivered (Granite Falcon LLC), a Colorado company. “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means whoever is reading. Using the site means these terms apply to you.

What these terms cover

This website and the pages we publish on it. They are not the terms of an engagement. If we are working together, a signed agreement and any NDA govern that work, and where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win. Nothing here narrows what we agreed to in writing with a client.

Using the site

• Read and share it. Linking to any public page is fine, as is quoting us with attribution.
• Do not break it. No scraping that degrades the service, no probing for vulnerabilities without asking first, no attempting to reach pages you have not been given access to.
• Client pages are private. Pages under a client path or a share link are for the people we gave the link to. A link that reaches you by accident is not permission to use it.

If you find a security problem, email us before you do anything else with it.

Quotes, proposals, and prices

Prices, scopes, and timelines shown on this site are illustrative. A proposal becomes binding when it is signed, not when it is read. We can change what this site says at any time, and doing so does not change a proposal you already signed.

What is ours and what is yours

The writing, design, code, and brand on this site are ours. Client names, logos, and work shown here belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Anything you send us through the contact form or by email stays yours, and we use it only to answer you. Do not send us confidential material before there is an NDA in place.

Other people’s services

Parts of this site hand off to services we do not run: Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and the vendors named in our privacy page. Their terms apply to what happens on their side, and we do not control the content of sites we link to.

What this site does not promise

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or right for any particular purpose. Pages describing what we build are descriptions, not commitments, and no page on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for anything connected to this site is limited to $100. This limit does not apply to anything the law does not let us limit, and it does not touch the liability terms in a signed client agreement, which stand on their own.

Colorado law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes about this website belong to the state or federal courts in Colorado. A signed client agreement may name a different process, and if it does, that one controls for that engagement.
